Last updated 27 September 2026. Straight Up Hub is an Australian sole-trader business. This notice covers this website and enquiries sent to us by email or phone. A separate written privacy and service arrangement will be provided before any client project begins.

What we collect and why

If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, business, email address, phone number and enquiry. We use them to respond, assess whether we can help, prepare a requested proposal and keep a record of our conversation. Please do not send sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

This site has no visitor accounts or online enquiry form. We do not currently run Google Analytics, advertising pixels or a marketing mailing list. If you use the homepage motion control, its preference is saved in your browser so it remains selected on later visits. Website delivery and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and requested pages to deliver and protect the site.

Who handles the information

We use Namecheap Private Email for the business mailbox and plan to use Cloudflare to deliver and protect the public website. Your phone or email provider also handles information you send through it. These providers may process or store information outside Australia under their own terms. We do not sell enquiry details.

Keeping and protecting information

We keep enquiry information only while reasonably needed to respond, consider a potential service relationship, maintain relevant business records or meet legal obligations. We restrict access to business accounts and take reasonable steps to protect them. You may ask us to correct or delete information we hold about you, subject to any records we must keep.

For access, correction, deletion or a privacy complaint, email [email protected] or call 0401 021 475. We will review your request and respond. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Links to other websites, including the separate Lozavi VPN Check service, are governed by those sites' own privacy information. We will update this notice if our hosting, contact methods, analytics or service practices change.
